TSC Strategic (TSC), an established publishing and marketing communications agency serving the ocean industries is seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Account Manager to support the company’s expansion plans. This is a remote position and open to any qualified salesperson worldwide. We are looking for an ambitious and driven team member to develop new accounts and help with the development of supporting marketing strategies.
Recent experience in online and offline media sales would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Establish new accounts and grow advertising revenues in line with assigned targets
- Develop new business leads in accordance with the editorial strategy of TSC’s publishing portfolio
- Represent TSC publications in all client dealings in a professional and responsive manner, while educating new and existing TSC clients about advertising opportunities across the publishing portfolio
- Regular communication with the editorial, sales, and management team
- Utilize TSC’s CRM system in line with established procedures
- Represent TSC at trade shows and industry events to maintain current client relations and develop new business
- Provide team with client feedback and observed industry trends to improve the publishing portfolio and grow sales opportunities
Renumeration: This is a wholly commission-based position with competitive commission structure. Paid travel and accommodation to approved industry events.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B / trade marketing sales
- Experience in the media industry and / or offshore energy sector preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make high-impact presentations
- Strong networking skills
- Motivated self-starter
